Senior Pastor Darnell Johnson is a dynamic and anointed leader known for blending the Word, wisdom, humor, and personal experiences to help others navigate life’s challenges. His preaching and teaching provide insight and deliverance, offering practical solutions to stress and oppression.
A native of Washington, D.C. Pastor Johnson completed his education in the District of Columbia Public Schools and later attended the Sword of the Spirit Bible Institute, where he was ordained. He began his ministry serving under Archbishop Robert Wilson at the Master’s Circle Christian Fellowship International, where he was equipped for his pastoral calling.
Pastor Johnson is also the founder of Real Men CARE, Inc. (RMC), a nationwide nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting husbands who care for their ill wives. His leadership in this area has been instrumental in providing guidance and empowerment to male caregivers.
With a focus on mentorship and service, Pastor Johnson has dedicated himself to training others to become strong disciples of Christ. His personal mission is reflected in his statement, “I was called to preach, not to judge,” which drives his inclusive approach to ministry. His message resonates with people from diverse backgrounds, encouraging them to grow in their faith and fulfill their purpose.
Pastor Johnson also served under Archbishop Robert E. Wilson at the Master’s Circle to help train ministers to become devoted disciples of the Lord.
In his pastoral role, Pastor Johnson led the transformation of the Lord’s House of Glory First Community Based Chapel, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. He also planted Greater Faith Kingdom Ministries, establishing a space where individuals can be empowered and supported in their spiritual journeys.
Pastor Johnson is married to Korika L. Johnson, and together they have two daughters, Brooke and Taylor. He remains committed to exemplifying integrity, faith, and dedication in all aspects of his life and ministry.
